Bath room was not cleaned, no toilet paper. No battery TV remote control Dirty room

Terrible hotel When I came in at a late check in, there is a sign which says to press 0 on their outdoor phone, since no one was at the front desk.....and the phone didn't work. I couldn't get inside. After waiting outside and hoping that someone will come out, finally someone did and opened the door. I found a person who works there to check me in and my hotel room had a roach and there was no soap, no shampoo. All I got were apologies.

Overall we had a terrible experience and probably will never stay at an extended stay again. There was one lady there who was wonderful, super kind when we were checking in, and she even gave us a small upgrade. However, the negative things far outweighed this one positive. The biggest thing that was negative was that when we got to our room their were preexisting dirty sheets on the pull-out couch. Room was not available and the staff was assigning rooms even though they were dirty since no housekeeping was available

Very disappointing Unit did not have any toilet paper or hangers upon arrival. Were only 2 small pillows for a queen bed. Took a very long time to check in.

Acted like they did not want to help me at all. Refuse to book me an appointment so I had to go in Expedia. I stood out in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to assist me. Where's the experience at Extended Stay America ever
