Choose wisely by not staying here There was no breakfast despite it being advertised upon booking and even on the paper they handed us at the hotel. Also advertised was that the rooms had plates and dishes, that was also a no. The overall experience was less than good. It’s close to the shops at willow bend but there are other hotels as well, choose those instead of this one.

I wouldnt know how this hotel was Booked a room through Orbitz. Received confirmation number from Orbitz. When I arrived to the hotel around 10:30pm, front door was locked. There was a phone out phone stating to dial 0 to reach the front desk. Dialed and informed the person on the other end I had a room booked. That's when she informed me there were no vacancies. And that online sites do not keep up with accurate vacancies. Getting to a hotel late at night after a long drive, only to be sent away was a huge disappointment.... read more

Bad business The roaches was bad there. And they dident wanna clean or refund me money..

It’s was extremely dirty . From the front door to the lobby floors elevator . And hair on the towels . And dirty dirt floor . Never again .

Don't Stay Here I will not stay there again. The room was dirty - missing remotes for the tvs.

Close to our home but will not put guests visiting No hair dryer, very basic. Not the place to put guests to our home up for one night.

Items from the previous guests were still in the room (orange juice, cups, bottles, etc), the air conditioner was not working, no towels in the bathrooms, no attendant at front desk, had to wait 35 minutes for someone to pick up the front desk phone.

Dirty, ac did not work, not enough blankets. Called hotel to notify late check in, and they put me on hold for over 30 min. When arrived - waited 10 min for someone to show up on front desk. The room was terrible even though I am not that demanding. Could not increase AC more than 68 deg. Only one blanket. Back in the day Extended Stay was good hotel chain but few last experiences tell me to look for different options in future.

Do not recommend Housekeeping did a horrible job of preparing the room and the front desk clerk was not friendly and lazy.
