Great location! Great location! Comfortable room. Front Desk personnel friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the room wasn't that clean (paper bowl under bed, and crumbs around). And for the free breakfast they only put out 2 - 3 muffins and granola bars at a time, so not everyone is able to get one if multiple people in area at same time, unless you ask the person at desk.

Room was clean, but outdated. Had no coffeemaker. You kinda get what you pay for. For the price it was a decent place to sleep, but that’s about it. My alarm went off suddenly at 12am on its own. The breakfast was coffee and a basket of granola bars in the front office.

Mario rocks, but the A/C was not sufficient for Texas.
