When I checked into the hotel they put me in a room that was not made up and old food everywhere...then they put me into another room and the same thing but without the old food. This also happened with my associate the same morning.

Noisy and substandard There was a conference going on in the area so I took this reservation under duress. The hotel was very noisy....doors slamming at all hours of the night, trash in the hallways, the bathtub looks like the plumbing is about to fall out of the bottom of it, extremely noisy air conditioner.

Not 3 stars Our stay was fine. The room was clean but it did not warrant 3 stars.

Hotel itself was ok. Bathroom had rust in tub and toilet. Chose because had kitchen, but never used because poor quality of pots, pans, and stove. Would not visit again.

Only for a one night stay. I booked 2 room in this hotel and this is what we found: *I found old clothes from a previous guest under the sofa, old paperwork underneath the beds. *Bathroom#1 had old soap scum still on the walls. *Bathroom#2 had the entire toilet full of urine inside and outside. *Carpet needs attention. *Breakfast was an imaginary thing.

where's the breakfast? Only had coffee in the morning no breakfast. My room was dirty when I checked in. The iron was covered in some melted plastic. There were little bugs all over the room for the first few days. The first floor window did not lock. And there were long black hairs in the towels and tub. Drawers all had dirt in them or trash and even after they cleaned they left the trash can full. Not recommended for the price!

Time for an upgrade The staff was great. The hotel looks good on the outside. The rooms are past time to be upgraded. The bathroom cabinets were terribly scratched up and worn. There were rust stains in the bathtub and the tile needed new grouting done. The recliner in the room was cracked and worn our badly. The beds were clean. Time for a major upgrade!

Never again The hallways and room smelled bad. There were 3 doors and the locks were broken on 2. The entry ways were dirty and in very poor repair. The kitchen had no dishes or bowls and only utensils for 1. There was trash around the entrances to the building. The TV was snowy. The staff was friendly. The hours for the breakfast were too late for me on Friday and nonexistent on the weekend. Hotels.com should not handle places this bad. I only stayed because my time was committed and I had none to look for another place.
