Initial Staff at desk were rude, then the one that checked me in was very nice and helpful. Towels and linen seemed dingy, rust staing on fixtures in bathroom. Elevator looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Floor, wall and doors all dirty with stains.

Nice size room with little kitchen, desk for working, closet with hangers, bathroom, A/C, and TV. Location is good... walk to Target/Starbucks and a few restaurants.

Location was very good. Was accessible from I-35E at exit to Corporate Drive. Chain restaurants were within walking distance and others along the interstate access road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a laundromat with working washers and dryers.
