First time staying at this hotel so I don’t know if this is usual but the room wasn’t service during my whole stay. I guess you have to do it yourself? Overall my stay was very pleasant and the hotel was conveniently located.

overall not a bad stay. Its was really good service, everyone was so nice. Once we entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes and the counter top was cracked. The remote wouldn't work. And we were right next to a light outside of our window (we found that put too late) but we made the best of it. Overall i was pretty ok with the room. I will be coming again

Location is very apt. Convenient. Many places to eat nearby. Rooms were clean. They do need to reduce the touch screen usage at the front desk during COVID-19 outbreak.

No surprises! Exactly as we expected. The Extended Stay America in Richardson was exactly what we expected. Staff was friendly and hotel kept clean. Due to COVID-19 many of the amenities were not available. We were just thankful they were open and allowed pets. Worked out well for us!
