Bed bug nightmare! The staff was friendly. There was an odd smell in the roomThe room appeared to be neat and clean. HOWEVER, there was a bed bug infestation on the third floor where my room was. I was bitten numerous times on my neck, face and arm during my sleep. To my horror, I saw a black, small bug under the sheets with me!! My friends that checked in the next day were bitten within 40 minutes of their checkin. Prior to this, I told the staff and they changed my room. Look elsewhere...anywhere For the price, I expected much more. For half the price, I would expect much more. Upon entering our two queen room we discovered that it had not been cleaned since the last tenant--approximately 10 hours before we unlocked the door. Bedspreads on the floor, used towels, etc. Desk clerk could not give us a similar room, so we got a king. The decor in this establishment is what I would describe as Spartan. Ok but could have been better I was excited when I first saw the room but I had some concerns. First of all they were remodeling during a time when guess came in and out, it should have been done late night. Secondly, muffins, coffee and granola bars are a snack not breakfast and should be in a room not the entrance way. Thirdly, Hotels should not have feather pillows, they give NO support to the head and neck. Some ppl like or need semi hard pillows 32nd if you are paying money to sleep somewhere you should be given a choic... read more
