Not satisfied at all The beds were crazy small.. a/c unit made a super loud squealing noise all day and night.. there was no outlet located near the.. breakfast wasn't a breakfast it was granola bars,coffee and muffins..the pots,pans,dishes,silverware are kept at the front desk and when we called to have them sent up(as per the card the hotel left in the room said to do) we waited a hr then left to go get food as we were starving.. slowwww front desk service. Hotel stay First time staying at an Extended Stays America and our last. We did not know that the rooms would not be cleaned if we did not stay longer than one week and if we wanted to have it cleaned there would be a charge. The elevator did not work when we arrived and finding a reception person was impossible sometimes. The continental breakfast was basically muffins wrapped in plastic and granola bars which were hidden as they were by the entrance of the hotel in a cupboard.

Too close to I-75, too noisy to sleep There was no hair dryer in this room! Had to go to a salon to get my hair done. Built adjacent I-75, our room was too noisy for sleeping.

The worst check in ever experienced The worst check in ever experienced. One lady to check in 6 people only to find out people were returning to the desk because they had been given dirty rooms. What a fiasco. Everyone in line should have gotten a free room that night or reimbursed. Awful.

Terrible stay Short and sour we stopped as an inbetween for our trip home. The hotel was very close to the highway but lacked in all other areas. The room was decently clean, but the bed was hard and small, the very few amenties they have are cheap! And to top it off they staff either dont care or lied. I had requested a crib/rollaway before we arrived and was supposed to be notified if they did not have it so i could look else were. Someone needs to pay attention to cleaning Not very clean if you want someone to clean you room you have to pay extra, the breakfast consist of coffee and a muffin, the bed not as big as they say it is. We had to ask for a different room because the one they gave us at first was dirty an smell bad the bed sheets look like they haven't been changed "stains of some sort ". I deleted the photos I took to show the staff otherwise I would have them included

Never again here! Staff was friendly but whatever management is running this place needs to be changed. Didn't read the fine print about hair dryers..". If available". We asked after we checked in Friday night which was 10:30pm. The lady was looking for them. Called room and said none available checked all floors. When we were going back to our room around midnight asked the new front desk person. He said there was none... only have "5" and must of all got checked out right away. Really "5" when there is at least 80-100 room... read more

Hairs, Crumbs, and One Staff Member I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a 1-2 night, or overall short stay. The room was not properly cleaned at all. There were crumbs, wrappers, and trash all around and under the bed. It was so bad there were plastic Easter eggs under the bed, it hadn't been cleaned under there in months. The pillows had dirty hand and foot prints on them, and the sheets were covered with hair. Very poor service It took 45 minutes to check in because the cleaning staff didn't clean a number of rooms that they said that they had. Once in a room, the air conditioning had been off all day so the room was very hot and took two hours to finally become comfortable. The soda machine only takes credit cards. There are no ice machines. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
