Pretty good for the money The hotel was in a nice spot. The thing that really bothered me was that when I entered to check in, there were two men in the office with the clerk; they were getting directions. The clerk asked them to wait for a minute so that she could check me in, then proceeded to say my name, room number, and that I was alone out loud in front of the two men. Then, when I went to my room, I noticed there was paper stuffed into the peephole; I was unable to get it out...I realize I am a bit paranoid, but I sle... read more

not 1 issue to complain about we visit friends and family monthly and stay at similar rated hotels....if your looking for a luxuary stay this isnt it...if your looking for a good value with a friendly staff this is it

Pluses and minuses Accommodations were generally good. Room was clean but it was evident that some maintenance was needed (wallpaper, chipped moldings). Person(s) in room above mine were very, very noisy: consistently awakened me at 3:15 - 4:15 a.m. for long periods of time. There was bumping, slamming throughout the day. I reported this to the office shortly after I checked in. The noise did not stop. No one is in the office during the night when noise was really excessive and prevented sleeping. HORRIBLE!! Was supposed to stay there with family to meet up for local event. Room and hotel were filthy. Left and had to pay to stay somewhere else for both nighrs. It was awful!! There was trash still under bed from previous occupants and sheets were dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work and my food spoiled. I had to fight to get them to change my room and than I was woken up at midnight asking who put me in the room and why. I got woken up again at 6am asking the same questions. It was a horrible experience. Both rooms were in bad condition, stains on the carpet, bathtub needing repair, ripped chairs, etc.

BEWARE Front desk said we had to see if we liked the room before we got the keys. They walked us to a windowless room in the basement. The beds were jammed into the room and smeared with dirt. There were piles of garbage on the floor. It looked straight out of a crime documentary, and a fire code violation to boot.This is not a place for a family stay. We spent an hour and a half driving around to find an available room in a different hotel. There is no way I would stay in this hotel.

When I arrived at 7 pm with a confirmed reservation, I was informed that they could not provide me -- or anyone else -- with a room. Because no employees had shown up for work -- so no rooms were cleaned, no one could check in, no rooms could be provided. Fortunately, two GMs from other locations had just arrived, and they were able to book me a room at another location.
