The property inside and out was dirty; I had to clean food residue off chairs, kitchen cabinets, and stove. The microwave ceiling and walls were full of food splatter. The linens were stained including towels and bath mat. There weren’t any mattress covers just sheets. We stayed four nights and didn’t see anyone cleaning on our floor till we were checking out. The back entrance was propped open as late as 10:00PM when we returned from visiting in the area. Some guests had put a stone in the doorway to prevent it closing. Ins... read more

Not clean. The gentleman at the counter was very apologetic. We did not stay.

Substandard cleanliness, no amenities

They should be black listed. Rooms have bed bugs and their inability to provide options in the middle of night and leaving guests with no option is ridiculous. I am thinking about suing them.

Looked like someone lived there and was vacated for the evening. Clothes and all still in the room. Woman working was understanding of my concern and let me leave.

The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the room had not been cleaned prior to checking in, it was dirty and that makes you wonder about other things.
