ok today Service desk has always been very good and accommodating. But the room this time was below average: 1) Pillows and bed sheets were not changed (hair and dirt) 2) Bathroom / room was not disinfected. 3) There is a small mouse in my room. 4) Room smells like a dog.

Laundromat Only one laundry (washing) machine is working.
Laundry taken out by unknown guest. Could have been perfect, if my laundry wasn't taken out of the washer and dumped on the table by one of the guests. If some of the guests staying here can do that, what other mischief can they do. Not safe.
