Keys were not working lobby smelled
We enjoyed the whole evening; our room was clean .
Is very good
ok today Service desk has always been very good and accommodating. But the room this time was below average: 1) Pillows and bed sheets were not changed (hair and dirt) 2) Bathroom / room was not disinfected. 3) There is a small mouse in my room. 4) Room smells like a dog.
