Got to this hotel and the room was not able to be used per front desk. That part was not a big deal as I would rather be told upfront than they not do anything. They were great in the fact they helped with calling a sister hotel not far from them. They had a room available so we went there. That was where this disappointment started. The floors were sticky, used sunflower seeds on the counter, and the lamps didn’t work. His warmth, positive attitude, and patience all gave me the impression of him as a high quality employee. I hope that management is reading this. Yikes Steward After a day of driving, we arrived at the hotel around 11:45am. Steward was nowhere to be found at first and then when he came it took him 15 minutes to find my booking. He then tried to tell me I owed an additional $120(i paid online) finally he gives us a room and to our suprise it was dirty. So back to steward at the front desk to get a different room. 10 minutes later we are given a dofferent room. Walked into the room and it was occupied. Had to ask for dishes and utensils for a room with a kitchen. Pool closed. Location was not desirable. Staff was very friendly.
