I have previously shared property review, and now would like to show my appreciation to Stuart at the front desk. His warmth, positive attitude, and patience all gave me the impression of him as a high quality employee. I hope that management is reading this. This man could be teaching everyone how to be NICE, because he does it so well. Thanks Stuart!!

Got to this hotel and the room was not able to be used per front desk. That part was not a big deal as I would rather be told upfront than they not do anything. They were great in the fact they helped with calling a sister hotel not far from them. They had a room available so we went there. That was where this disappointment started. The floors were sticky, used sunflower seeds on the counter, and the lamps didn’t work.
