Had to ask for dishes and utensils for a room with a kitchen. Pool closed. Location was not desirable. Staff was very friendly.

Was great
Yikes Steward After a day of driving, we arrived at the hotel around 11:45am. Steward was nowhere to be found at first and then when he came it took him 15 minutes to find my booking. He then tried to tell me I owed an additional $120(i paid online) finally he gives us a room and to our suprise it was dirty. So back to steward at the front desk to get a different room. 10 minutes later we are given a dofferent room. Walked into the room and it was occupied.
