Customer service was good, the coffee was good, and the room was had was clean and comfortable.

La limpieza pésima. Esta en una muy buena ubicación. Pero la limpieza deja much q desear, en ell refrigerador cuarto encontré comida, del huésped anterior,los pasillos muy sucios.

I felt safe
Hotel was old and worn but clean, breakfast was waffle and toast

The best thing about this place was the man who checked us in. So pleasant and polite he was a pleasure to talk to. The room was dirty. The smell of smoke was exponential. When we pulled out the sofa bed, we quickly closed it back, it was rather unsanitary. The bathroom’s water pressure though was quite good and the toilet flushed well. We did not stay for the full days we had booked. If smoke odor doesn’t faze you and you have no need for the sofa bed it isn’t a bad place.

Extended Stay needs TLC No towels at first. Put we had 3 adults and then wasn't provided sheets for the extra bed. The room was in very poor shape. carpet coming off trim, tv cables loose. Place needs a rehab.
