overbooked, but the manager was able to find a room for us eventually, expedia customer service was also very helpful and stayed on the line until every thing was take cared.

Sad choice The front counter staff seemed unorganized, along with a new slower computer for check in. The upkeep the whole place is poor, the outside grounds need to be addressed from the trash, throw up, dirty diapers, beer cans and etc. The lobby and hallways don't look like they've been vacuumed in ages, carpet had stains. As for the housekeeping, it's horrible, found empty wines bottles in the cabinets, one side of the bed had not been vacuumed nor picked up.
