Sad choice The front counter staff seemed unorganized, along with a new slower computer for check in. The upkeep the whole place is poor, the outside grounds need to be addressed from the trash, throw up, dirty diapers, beer cans and etc. The lobby and hallways don't look like they've been vacuumed in ages, carpet had stains. As for the housekeeping, it's horrible, found empty wines bottles in the cabinets, one side of the bed had not been vacuumed nor picked up. overbooked, but the manager was able to find a room for us eventually, expedia customer service was also very helpful and stayed on the line until every thing was take cared.
It was such a good night. The beds were very comfy. Slept great!

Comfy bed, worn property The best part of my stay was the bed. It was very comfortable. The not-so-good: 1) The furnishings in the room and lobby are worn, 2) Lobby carpet was in need of vacuuming, 3) There was an ironing board in my room but no iron, 4) No hangers and 5) Just a small bottle of shampoo and bar of soap provided. A blizzard had the hotel see a surge in guests so that managers were cleaning rooms. I knew my room had been cleaned as there was a very strong disinfectant smell that was overwhelming.
