Cool Nice friendly service disappointed there's no ice machine

Hotel was clean. Rooms were decent except no amenities ice machines. Soda or food vending in room or on any floor no vending at all. Hospitality was ok. Parking limited elevator an access to up level room limited & no baggage carriers. It seemed more of a weekly apartment then hotel.. But over all it secure quiet and clean. & there in process of renovating so hopefully they'll take in consideration to appreciate short term clients on business an incorporate a lounge & restaurant with other types of amenities of hospitality o... read more

Disgusting The beds are not comfortable. Rooms are to small for being a “suite “ chair wouldn’t recline. Bathroom had hair, and money in it so my guess is they don’t clean very well. The outside could use some work. I won’t stay in this hotel again!

I definitely left the room a lot cleaner than it was when we got there. A lot of walls in the kitchen area had splatters of food on them. It was good for a place to sleep at the end of the day but not very comfortable to spend time in the room. Plugins poorly placed, no coffee pot in room and downstairs the coffee is taken away as soon as breakfast hours are done. initially had issues with the internet but was very happy with how quickly the staff responded to getting it fixed.
