Ouch!My Back! This hotel was really clean.The kitchenette was nice to have while traveling with a baby.But the bed was really hard.We woke up the next day with pretty sore backs.It probably would have helped if there were better pillows too.
I checked in late. The person that came to the door was not identifiable as an employee. I thought he was another guest. The room was clean but old and the bed was hard. The floor i was on smelled. The staff were nice. Booked through Expedia with cancelation option. Stayed one night and wanted to cancel rest of atay. Received an email stating Expedia was unable to reach the hotel amd umable to return funds.

Worst hotel in Colorado This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I travel six months out of the year. The staff here is beyond unprofessional and downright hostile. At check-in, the front desk clerk ignored me for nearly 20 minutes while arguing with his girlfriend on the phone, leaving me standing there like an inconvenience. Things only got worse. Very dirty, table has nasty stuff all over it, shower head had mold as well as black stuff all over the sink and tub.
We wanted to stay / needed to stay a night after I had surgery, but they refused to take cash. When and why would a business refuse cash? Never again.
They charged me twice in the name of security deposit. When I asked they said to talk to their general manager.
