We wanted to stay / needed to stay a night after I had surgery, but they refused to take cash. When and why would a business refuse cash? Never again.

Awful experience. The restroom had no toilet paper, no shower items.

Rooms were in decent condition, but zero icemaker on the property

Sirty The room was filthy dirty and smelled terrible. There were black hand prints all over the bathroom door and food stuck to the table. The room also smelled very strongly of weed.

FILTHY This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It was beyond disgusting…so much that I left property early and went somewhere else. It’s not even that the hotel is beyond run down but it was filthy… no excuse for filth!

I put my elderly father in this hotel after his apartment got damaged by water and they put him in a room with a refrigerator that leaked water for 4 days. We notified them several times and all the maintenance employee said was don’t walk here by the fridge. Finally they switched it out with a good one. Then we asked to be moved to the ADA room as my Dad doesn’t get around well and couldn’t shower. The smell inside the room was disgusting. A combination of dead body and fried chicken.
