FILTHY This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It was beyond disgusting…so much that I left property early and went somewhere else. It’s not even that the hotel is beyond run down but it was filthy… no excuse for filth!

I put my elderly father in this hotel after his apartment got damaged by water and they put him in a room with a refrigerator that leaked water for 4 days. We notified them several times and all the maintenance employee said was don’t walk here by the fridge. Finally they switched it out with a good one. Then we asked to be moved to the ADA room as my Dad doesn’t get around well and couldn’t shower. It was so loud there and one night the cops filled up to the hotel. The hotel room had what I think was burn marks on the counter and the room had a lot of dog hair all over the floor

The room was in bad shape. There was a bar of soap in the shower drain. The shower drain was covered in calcium deposits. The kitchen faucet was also covered in calcium deposits. The kictchen counters, refrigerator and table were damaged and worn. The breakfast was coffee and hot water for beverages and oatmeal packages and packaged muffins for food.The hotel smelled of old food.
