The location is great but after a long trip to Colorado the last thing you would want is for the front desk to tell you that they gave away your reservation because even though you already paid for the booking and room you technically aren’t “reserved” until you check in. Extremely disappointed and led to me having to sleep in the truck because every other hotel was booked for the night. DO NO RECCOMEND

Our room was covered in dog hair, the sheets, carpet and even parts of the walls.

Please remove the smoke smell. It made me extremely nauseous.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The beds are hard and the pillows are not comfortable.

The 10 point cleaning protocol was not followed for the room. Windows haven't been touched in months - at least. Based on the hair and other items on the carpet, I'm pretty sure vacuuming didn't happen either. Didn't check in until 8pm and room wasn't ready. One luggage cart for an entire building is inconvenient. Elevators weren't in prime condition either with one becoming inoperable the morning I checked out. For $2k for one room, for a week, surely there must be overage for cleaning and maintenance!

Absolutely disgusting room. We found bedbugs. Hotels.com did not give us a refund because the hotel manager denied our request. Call the hotel directly they said Hotels.com would have to reach out to get us a refund. The general manager at the location was the one who declined our refund. Do not stay here. It’s disgusting.
