I appreciate that the property was able to accommodate me for my stay based on my hours I was going to need to check in. The location is great but after a long trip to Colorado the last thing you would want is for the front desk to tell you that they gave away your reservation because even though you already paid for the booking and room you technically aren’t “reserved” until you check in. Extremely disappointed and led to me having to sleep in the truck because every other hotel was booked for the night. DO NO RECCOMEND

Our room was covered in dog hair, the sheets, carpet and even parts of the walls.
