You get what you pay for I mean you get what you pay for and it isn’t anything fancy! Front desk lady is not personable at all! She wasn’t rude but didn’t make you feel welcome! She made me get a mask but yet other guest were walking around without one and she had hers down over her nose. Room was clean kinda had a weird smell in the halls

Decent Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 10 min until 5pm and was told upon check in that our room was not ready. When I asked why I was rudely told that check out isn't until 11am and that they would clean the room when they could. The room was not ready until 6pm....3 hours past check in. I was offered a voucher for a free night's stay after I called Hotels.com and customer service intervened. The overall appearance of the hotel is a bit worn, but adequate for a night's stay. An ok stay It was ok but the service was ok just attendants was seeming like they did not want to be bothered. They did not seem friendly and make you not want to approach them.
