Customer Service I checked in late my reservation was for 4/26/20 until 5am. I get to the hotel and he cant check me in until there audit is done therefore he said it would be check in for 4/27/20 with early check in fee.... i was charged an additional $65 for that on top of me having to call hotels.com and cancel my original reservation and make a new one. That was ao crappy im going to call the hotel to see what they could do for me.
