Dirty tub & no conditioner.... The hotel did not have conditioner. I didn't bring my own because most hotels have some. When I called front desk to ask, they told me they didn't have any.my hair was a tangled mess... I know it seems comical and not that big of a deal... but it was.. I also took a bath and decided to clean the tub before hand because I just didn't know....the towel I used to clean the sides of the tub was very dirty....which left me feeling uneasy about the rest of the cleanliness.

I will let you know that we only provide a shampoo and conditioner combo. The cleanliness of our hotel is an important aspect that we continue to work on. I will take your comments back to my housekeeping and Front Desk staff and use it to ensure we are properly training our staff to a sure guest needs get met.

Okay The room smelled like animal urine and the pull out couch bed was old, yellow and uncomfortable.

This was a nicer hotel than the last one we stayed in. It was very roomy lots of space for the kids to roam. The pavillion area was very nice too.

My room was supposed to be a Non-Smoking room but as soon as you open the door you could smell a strong odor of cigarettes. Found some left over clothes from the previous person who stayed in the room. The staff is not friendly at all. The big white man was rude. We told him good morning the following morning and he looked away and said nothing .
