The room is a lot smaller than you would expect and the bed was is comfortable in no way. When you call the front desk someone in another state answers and takes a message then they are supposed to contact the front desk where you are but they never call back. Then when you wlak down stairs to the front desk noone is there.

Crappy hotel I had a horrible time at this hotel, first off they put me in a room that the stove did not work in, next they tryed to move me to another room and I checked the stove when I first got there it worked fine but after I had moved all my stuff into the new room I turned on the tv to find out that it did not work and if that wasnt bad enough I turned on the air conditioner to find out it didnt work either! Smoky Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are directly across hall from each other. We reserved a non-smoking room but could not get the stench of smoke out of our room for the two days we stayed there. Convenient location to Park Meadows and tech center.We also had to ahve the key reprogrammed three times in the two days we were there because it would not work in the exterior doors.
