Tacky Our first room had a maintenance problem with the sliding door into the bathroom; the handgrip was hanging by one screw. The second room was spacious and clean but the bath tub stopper would not close to hold bath water and there was no shower curtain. There were no ice vending machines or phone directories in the room.

The surrounding area was nice. I don't think I've ever been to a dirtier hotel! The price was reasonable and I guess I "got what I paid for"! The front desk staff were friendly. I wouldn't stay here again, though.

Homestead Denver - Tech Center South - Greenwood V Scary looking inside the rooms. Walls banged up, cabinets hanging by one hinge, everything old and outdated

not impressed Unfortunately, my experience was not good. There were countless things that were bad. It was worse than a Motel 6!

Unhappy traveler We stayed at this hotel in July for an extended weekend. I was a little surprised that this run down hotel was in such a great location. I used to live in the area and thought that any hotel along the DTC corrider would be very nice, however, I was very wrong. After checking in we found our room to be in desperate need of maintenance and remodeling. The closet doors were broken and leaning against the wall. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. No Frills Hotel!! If you don't need any aminities, then this is the hotel for you. You get soap and toilet paper and nothing else. No Kleenex, no shampoo, no coffee...nothing. I called down to get some coffee, but they said they were out. I had to go to the grogery store and buy these things. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Too Ashamed that I Picked this location

Worst hotel I've stayed at in 25 years. Checking in started with clerk handing my credit card back to me and saying just "uh-uh, no way". The room was awful. There is no maid service for the rooms, except upon check out. The furniture was broken, there were stains everywhere, trim was ripped up. The "kitchen" area dirty and the waste basket was full of food. The bathroom waste basket was overflowing with dirty diapers. Tired and worn out The negatives: This hotel is in need of remodeling and updating. Marred walls, curled linoleum on bathroom floor, small uncomfortable beds and old TV with red tint on every channel. The positives: This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, a Target store, mall and the lite rail transportation system that'll take you downtown.
