Horrible. No towels for days. When I asked why not buy more towels staff all said I don't know I just work here.

Not bad at all The staff were nice. The room was pretty good and not smelly.
Shabby. Dirty, stained sofa; not one chair to sit on; peeling linoleum; torn carpeting; only sheet and thin bedspread, no blanket; no washcloths; broken locks on both windows; broken pull on curtain; no decaf coffee; "breakfast" should be called snacktime; only one roll of toilet paper; was not informed at check-in that there was no maid service and to bring used towels and sheets to front desk to exchange for fresh ones.

Stayed 2 weeks on business trip Stay away. Unclean and uncomfortable. Nothing seems to be working here.
late night stay Room was musty, dirty, and uncomfortable. I would avoid this place at all cost. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed or sitting on the couch. Lamps were broken and so was the coffee table. Nice looking on the outside, disaster inside.
Dreadful, depressing rooming house The building is old and worn. It is in serious need of remodeling. The walls are paper-thin and noise from rooms above was constant. Plus, the building is located right next to the interstate so there's traffic noise too. There were no cups, glasses or coffee maker in the room. Not even a soap dish for the soap. Shady Hotel The first room had stains on the sheets and smelled like smoke, the drywall was beat up too . I requested a new room with a very rude reception and after walking through the sweet aroma of curry I reached my new room which looked like a ghetto apartment used for section 8. It looked as if it hadn't been updated since 1991 and had nice little stains on the sheets and couch.....at least the towels were clean ...yup reeeeal cozy.

horrible experience Terrible experience. The front desk person which I don't even remember getting his name was horrible. Very bad service and I had to keep calling him through the phone they have to be able to even speak to him. He stated the hotels.com had never let them know of the reservation. He was really rude and never even apologized for the inconvenience. Just a horrible experience overall, not to mention this was at around 1am. Ended up not getting a room at all.
