Beware. The hotel was booked last minute so I am partly to blame for having to book here. The room was outdated and very dirty. The walls are paper thin, I could hear kids running in the hallway and the people above me walk (we were on the first floor) as if there were no walls and doors separating the quarters. The room was very dirty, there was also mold inside of the air conditioner vents. I will never book here again.

Horrible please don't book!! When I checked in people were complaining about there rooms being dirty. I checked in anyway. The room was dirty. None of the vending machines worked. When I came back to the front desk another customer was there with a pillow with a bug on it. The front desk clerk was nice but overwhelmed. No cleaning services and no dishes. Then the advertised breakfast was muffins and granola bars. I checked out the next morning. I will never stay there again.

You get what you pay for. But when the description includes breakfast, you expect a little more than a coffee bar

Don't stay here during spring break Hotel staff was nice but for the most part apathetic to noisy neighbors. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Only a "grab and go" and the closest thing is burgers. They don't do house keeping on stays less than 8 days. The temperature in my room cold and the heater was broken. Night 1 I was woke up four separate times by biligerant guests who were drunk and loud. Night 2 there was a group of guests who were running up and down the hallways banging pots and pans. A terrible way to end our day. It was extremely over priced. We had to ask for and go get bedding. There was no in room coffee. There was no Kleenex box. The breakfast was fit for a gerbil. I cannot say anything nice and I'll never book with you again. Besides that, I was not offered a senior orAAA discount. I felt completely taken advantage of and we stay in hotels all over the country.

Worst hotel ever Air conditioning did not work. Dirty sheets and bedding. Chairs had stains on them and required a towel for seating to be hygienic. No service whatsoever. You want extra towels, come to the office. Dirty clientele shouting in hallways at all hours of the night. Paper thin walls - we knew everything our neighbors said, did, or watched on television.

Unhappy Not happy with the cleanliness...the shower had clogged drain with hair. LOTS OF HAIR. DISGUSTING. Hotel.com referred us this hotel because the hotel we usually stay at was booked. There was a glitch on y'alls website. So we were referred to Extended Stay America. No breakfast which is what our other choice had. The floor we were staying on was loud and smelled like marijuana. Never again will I trust hotel.com staff for any referrals.

Horrible Stay It was my worst hotel experience that I've ever had based on the room smelling like smoke & the A/C unit pumping out horrendous smell that set off the smoke detector!
