Pick another hotel! This hotel has been by far the worst hotel experience. During check-in the receptionist checked in another person under my name. The hotel has a nasty smell I had to go buy Lysol and a scent freshener. The sheets and the toilet had hair. The staff was rude and there is housekeeping every 8 days.

The staff was friendly but everything else wasn't! This site post a sign no smoking with in 100 feet of any exit but yet you walk out the side door and they have a trash can with an ashtray on top of it not to mention its was only 5 steps! They had people smokeing hitting you in the face as you walk by! Also we had roaches in our room and snakes by the pool! Have pictures of the sign and ashtray but I ran from the other thing so I didn't get pictures but have plenty witnesses!

Don't stay here Breakfast was muffin or oatmeal---elevator very unsecure. Checkin very slow---lady wouldn't stop eating to complete checkin. Hotel is no where near worth $300 night

Dirty hotel,musty rooms Would not recommend anyone to stay there!It was dirty,very musty room,my daughters feet were black after walking on the floor in the rokm.

Tiny and dated rooms. Not at all what the pictures showed online to what the rooms would be. Rooms felt dingy, definitely dated and were so tiny. Had to get everything from the front desk (shampoo/towels). Staff was very nice though. Splurge a little for a better hotel. Will never stay here again.

Not what I reserved I reserved a non-smoking room and although the sign said non-smoking there was a heavy/thick layer of smoke scent. I called the front desk and requested a different room, no other rooms were available. The front desk staff said they could provide air freshener and that they knew the room smelt like a smoking room. The cleanliness of the room was poor, trash near the sink, table was dirty and carpet was sticky.

No cup to drink water. No breakfast. Five police cars one night. Dump except it was clean.

Poorly maintained , dirty, run down. Elevator out of service. 3 lights inop, only 1 plastic cup, no paper towels, A/C noisey and ineffective, bedding dirty, kitchen filthy.
