nasty This is without a doubt the worst hotel I had ever seen. The rooms were dirty, I ended up with 3 different rooms before I had left. The first room I had to deal with a barking dog next door, the second was very dirty (food particles in the sink, coffee grounds left in the pot, and some unknown liquid in the fridg). The 3rd room had a really bad smell. We ended up leaving in the middle of our stay. The staff was rude, I will never be back.

Get What You Paid For I arrived to check in just after dinner on a Friday night. Unfortunately, I needed to use the restroom and hoped I would have a quick check-in process. The area behind the front desk appeared to be empty and an annoying, beeping alarm was going off every few minutes, so I didn't think anyone was there. I started to walk down either hallway in an attempt to find a restroom, but did not locate one. Still no one had appeared at the front desk. Will never stay at this hotel again I booked two nights at this hotel in NOvember 2009. I absolutely did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The staff was unfriendly, the room was gloomy. I actually checked out afterfirst night there. I will never come back again.

Disgusting room, dirty pillow & dirty towels! When we checked in, I attempted to use the bathroom but there was a paper towel with blood on it in the toilet. It was so large it wouldn't flush. There was dried blood on the seat and a little on the ground. One of the two pillows was stained yellow and wrinkled. There were black marks all over two of the four towels. CLEAN? Upon arrival, it looked decent. My husband and I didn't stay too much in the room,but when we did, I notice it wasn't that clean. The floor needed swept and there was a towel behind the bathroom door which we DID NOT USE. Not sure when it was cleaned last. There was also hair in the tub and nightstand. I am NOT A CLEAN FREAK,but I expect a clean room for the night. The location and front desk were great. The price is right for one night $*.The drive is short to the Michigan stadium and the mall is close by.

Extended Stay - one night was enough We arrived on a Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. Housekeeping was "off" until Tuesday. So who cleaned our room? and who would clean it for guests the next night? The light in the bathroom was burned out which housekeeping would have noticed. We had a lot of trouble getting another florescent tube which we had to install ourselves. Never Again! I read reviews from past guest and I should of known not to make a reservaion here but I thought I would try it out for myself. Well it was such a bad experience from the moment I walked through the door. The checking in procedure took forever and then when I did finally get a room, I stood outside my room for 10 minutes before I could actually get in. Needs improvement The Hotel would have been okay and I would have rated an average rating if we would have gotten the room that we reserved. We reserved specifically a queen non-smoking and got a queen smoking. We were told that there were no other rooms so a change could not happen by the eve desk clerk and were told to take it up with the manager in the am.
