Never Again! I read reviews from past guest and I should of known not to make a reservaion here but I thought I would try it out for myself. Well it was such a bad experience from the moment I walked through the door. The checking in procedure took forever and then when I did finally get a room, I stood outside my room for 10 minutes before I could actually get in. Needs improvement The Hotel would have been okay and I would have rated an average rating if we would have gotten the room that we reserved. We reserved specifically a queen non-smoking and got a queen smoking. We were told that there were no other rooms so a change could not happen by the eve desk clerk and were told to take it up with the manager in the am. She offered to spray the room, truly that would have not helped, the furniture bed etc smelled of smoke, We opened up the window and put up with it. We tried to contact... read more
