Overall a pleasant experience. I was looking for a quick, inexpensive, and easy place so this didn't disappoint. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and always with a big smile on their faces. The iron could have used a little bit of a cleaning, but that could have just been from the prior person who used it.

The staff and ESA Dearborn was very friendly and accommodating. They were honest in that they acknowledged that they didn't know the info but they made sure to ask their manager and have the info passed to the next employee who would be working the next shift so that the answer could be passed on to us!

We thought the room was very nice and very clean. The one thing we thought needed attention was the outside of the building. The building itself was not appealing at all in fact when we pulled in my husband said I don't know if I want to stay here.
