Stay I was very upset that there was no grab and go breakfast we had to go but breakfast. When I asked about it the receptionist said we are all out and went back to her thing. She acted like she could care less. I have never heard of a hotel that can’t keep things in stock for what they advertise. This was very disappointing for us. The rooms and everything else was good not sure if I would pay to stay here again or not if they run out of things.

The rooms seemed to be new-ishly renovated and definitely clean. They say they serve “breakfast”, but it’s a basket of Nature Valley granola bars & coffee. There are no amenities in the rooms. No coffee pots and no hair dryer. I called down for a hair dryer after a shower & they made me come down to the front desk to get it. They wouldn’t bring it to the room. The lady I checked in with was super nice, but the lady I checked out wasn’t that friendly. Luck of the draw, I guess?

1st room assigned smelled of fried food. Front desk clerk promptly gave us a new room without problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. The website advertised that they offered free breakfast which they did not. I was traveling with my elderly father and breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful at all when I asked questions about restaurants and things to do in the area. We had a suite with a kitchenette however were told the hotel did not have plates or silverware. Very disappointing stay
