I am not impressed with your process. No way of direct contact if there is a change or problem. Not what we saw online, the property team and management had Exceptional guest service!! Mia and Cherise are Phenomenal assets to Extended Stay. They were accommodating, kind, cheerful and were exemplary in Customer Service ensuring our stay was comfortable. This property had a good location relative to the places I needed to go, quiet rooms, and very kind staff.

Good for the price... A decent priced clean roomy place to stay. Large room with kitchen area and cook surface. Get the third floor if you can as the floors are thin and/or travel with ear plugs like I do. Minimal breakfast and not the best part of D-town since the mall is slowly dying but, close to the Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. Clean room; comfortable bed.

Beautiful falls Real close to the falls. In walking distance. Restaurant has good food & drinks.
