The room was perfect for relaxing and hanging out for a day. It's a mile away from Oakland Mall and within walking distance of Twin Peaks and McDonalds. I didn't see any bugs or spiderwebs, so the hotel is well maintained. There was a full size fridge and freezer that looked brand new; never used. I also appreciated how there were plenty of towels and rags in the bathroom.

Avoid if you can. Bathroom was not clean, ants, floors were dirty, dusty. You can never get clean towels or room service. Housekeeping always said clean towels were not available, to come back. I had my own cleaning supplies, cleaned & dusted room myself. Borrowed a broom & vacuum cleaner from front desk. Someone came and sprayed room, fix toilet handle, unclogged sink & toilet. Front desk personnel had attitudes, especially when you had your concerns!!
