Excellent value and fantastic service! Upon check-in the hotel clerk, Keiara, was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating despite our late check-in. I would highly recommend this hotel. Basic amenities, but comfortable and excellent staff.

...more than what i expected for the price i paid... ...i was just looking for an inexpensive place to crash in the madison heights area...and i feel that i got more than my money's worth...the front desk clerks were very friendly...room nice...it did have a little tv tho...but i didn't watch tv...the fridge and sink came in handy...and it was really close to the freeway...i was worried because after i booked the room i read the reviews of past guests and was really worried about the fishy smell a past guest had mentioned...... read more

Front Desk Staff was Fantastic! Upon check-in the hotel front-desk staff had made all arrangements for us prior to our arrival. Our check-in was later than we had expected and Keiara (front desk staff) was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure our comfort during our stay. Great value for the money and the guest services (Keiara) exceeded our expectations!
