Takes Care of Business We needed a place to stay while in town visiting a relative and to take care of family business. We travelled with an elderly family member and a dog which is never easy. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Having the kitchenette helped keep meal costs down. Not luxury, but the friendliness of the staff was appreciated by our dog who received cookies at the front desk!

Never had to purchase toiletries or pay extra for clean towels or a made bed even in economy hotels.Overall it was a nice hotel and a nice location but was not aware that there were no services available during the stay unless paying more.

Ok for a night or two.. Large rooms but need reno. Also need fresh paint to cover old stains.

Book if you must Checking in took a long time. People were waiting as they were training someone. The room was not as clean as I would like. If I were staying a long time, as is the intent of this hotel chain, I would have cleaned it myself. I was only staying the night though and expected a clean room.

Bring your own shampoo, they do not provide It was fine other than the fact that they do not provide any shampoo or conditioner. First time i have encounterred that. They do have it available in a vending machine.

expected more My stay was for one night...but I definately didn't sleep well as the whole place seemed dingy. All of the carpet needs to be aggressively cleaned or replaced. The wire shelving in the room was brown from the colleciton of dust. And it just needs to be updated....completely. But I can say the staff was very helpful and courteous.
