Very clean. Front desk not available most of the time. Should have basic kitchen supplies in rooms.

It was a fine hotel. But we had asked for an extra blanket and pillow. And the front desk was very rude and said no that we could not have any extra. That was very disappointing.

En esta ocasión la señorita que nos atendió Fue no tan amable asia muchos gestos cuando uno le preguntaba algo y no estuvo la acotación que avia reservado en línea nos termino dando una de dos camas. También no se si es nueva porque cuando nos dio las tarjetas de la puerta no abrían no las avía activado. En concreto esta vez si no me agutí la atención que nos dio la recepcionista

The staff was friendly but didn’t really know anything about their own hotel. The place was clean but they gave me a handicap room that I didn’t ask for, the shower got all over the floor in the bathroom. They give you a coffee pot and coffee but you have to bring your own cream? They give you shampoo but you have to bring your own conditioner? There’s a big sign hanging up in the lobby that says ask the front desk about the free Wi-Fi. When I asked about the Wi-Fi she had no idea how to set it up, or any info.. In fact, she... read more
