I have been staying for the second time in Rm. 333, and water faucet is still not fixed - couldn't be closed all the way through. Clock is one hour ahead pf time. There were not hangers for the clothes.

My trip was a great stay, but when me and my family checked in we waited at the front deskpatiently no rush. About 4 mins to 5 a staff member came out and she had a terrible attitude. She assigned us to a room and the room was not clean. We go back down stairs and a very kind front desk staff a guy told us that the room was not ready and literally shows us the computer showing in red to not assign the room so the previous employer was aware. Very clean. Front desk not available most of the time. Should have basic kitchen supplies in rooms.

It was a fine hotel. But we had asked for an extra blanket and pillow. And the front desk was very rude and said no that we could not have any extra. That was very disappointing.
