Stuffy building, unfriendly staff building was very stuffy and humid. No central air? The room was very nice and clean, but no air circulation so we had to keep the air on the entire time. Staff was very Stoic and not at all pleasant or accommodating. No greeting when coming or help with the door when struggling to bring bags in. I called down about a hair dryer and I was told I needed to come down to the front desk to pick it up, which was no problem, but the delivery of the conversation could have been kinder.
Nice people nice location nice bed dirty dishes So the dishes weren't quite clean and the coffee maker made coffee but I needed to open the spigot with a fork. Also, leftover pretzels found under the chair (we didn't eat pretzels). Otherwise very nice and helpful staff who is quick to try and satisfy requests or give advice on nice restaurants. We made ample use of the kitchen after doing dishes. Overall a nice experience.
Great Stay My son had a soccer tournament and we stayed here for the night. The price was reasonable, it was clean, service was helpful when questions were asked. The only "bad" thing would be the continental breakfast. It was coffee/hot chocolate with granola bars, and packaged oatmeal. Not very many options for kids.
Nice staff but hotel noisy and needs upgrades PROS: Staff at check in was super nice. Parking lot well lit and location convenient to freeway and shops/restaurants. Pet friendly for dogs under 25 or 35lbs. CONS: Blanket and sheets had stains. Noisy - can hear everyone's door slamming throughout the night.
Nice hotel, excellent price, and close to BART We only stayed overnight, but it was nice and quiet. We booked on a whim to just get out of town for the night. The price was a pleasant surprise. Our room was very close to the elevator and we were concerned about the noise, but we never heard anyone going in and out at all. We would definitely stay again.
California Trip I arrived late due to delay at airport around 1:30am. Staff member available right away. Easy check in. Not sure if due to reservation through Expedia or not. Had a smoking room. Bonus for me. Free wi-fi!! Nothing to write home about and nothing to complain about. It was what an easy stay should be. Room clean. If bad to say something there is a policy of only cleaning service for linen exchange once for a stay past 7 days. Otherwise you personally would have to exchange at desk. There was roaches in my room on the third floor. I saw 3 in total. i’ve stayed here before on the first floor and never saw any. very unhappy.

Terrible stay vvvv bad customer service gave me a smoking room first .then the other room he gave was not clean bath was smelling full Of hairs and stuff filthy water was coming we could not take a shower when I told the lady in the Moring on the front desk she was it oh I see Do not waste youmlney
