Service overall was subpar. Getting someone’s attention at the front desk was almost impossible. On one occasion I rang the desk bell like 15 times. I wish I was exaggerating. I received only one key so I went downstairs to ask for a copy since I was heading out early. Come to find out the front desk agent couldn’t find my reservation because apparently I wasn’t even checked in, even tho my family and I were already in the room with a room key. I want a full refund, the desk provided my room key to a complete stranger, so this poor guest walks into my room and i was shocked and so was he, he apologized but i demanded I check out and I made alternate hotel arrangements and left. Please refund me fully for this stay as I was terrified by this experience which caused me great concern for my safety. A hotel should not be renting a occupied room to another guest ever but expecially when ii was trying to nap, thank ful i was not changing clothes or showering at the time.... read more

The room smelled like smoke, I asked for another room. I had to walk 5 times back to the desk to get my key card to work properly to get into my room. My key card didn't work to get into the laundry room/vending machine area. And then after the staff let me into the vending area, the vending machine ate my cash and the staff didn't know how to get it back and refund me.

I lost my wallet or had it stolen, not sure which. I had photographs of my passport and driving license with me and when I asked for help at check in, staff refused to check me in and made me leave so I had to sleep in my vehicle. If you have no physical ID in your possession, staff will make you leave the facility. Clearly, no empathy for a person already struggling with a bad situation.

The power went out for several hours causing no air conditioning as well as me having to get ready for work in the morning in the dark. Very dissatisfied!

Shower was leaking water, water being wasted. I was in 2 different rooms and both showers were wasting water.
