Place was sorely lacking. Kitchen had nothing in it—no utensils, plates or glasses. Had to ask for what you wanted. Shower leaked and dripped all night. Could hear neighbor arguing at 5:00 am. Enough to understand what they were yelling about. Kitchen had cookies left in the cabinet. Terrible place

Hello, i went to check in and the room i was yold the room i reserve was unable and now I'm being charged for a room i didn't stay in. This is unacceptable and i demand a refund.

Some staff didn’t pay me any attention while standing there waiting to check in. They continued their side conversations before helping me.

Good access from I-580 and close to shopping. Very disappointing in terms of quality of fixtures, towels and bedding. The cleaning of common areas like hallways was entirely absent (we saw a bag of garbage left in the hallway by one of the occupants in the hallway for all four days we were there.
