The floor was dirty. The alarm clock didn't work. The refrigerator smelled. The tub handle was hard to turn on and it as well as the faucet were about ready to fall off. Staff was friendly. I'll never stay there again!

The fire alarm went off on Saturday night at 1 in the morning. I got up and went outside. No employee came to say everything was ok. Then on Sunday night, it went off twice. Super loud. Couldn’t get back to sleep either night

When I attempted to check in, the person at the front desk wanted to recharge me for the room, whereas I had already paid through Expedia. I explained that to her, but she became very rude and uncooperative. It was getting late, I was tired, and my significant other was tired. I gave up on Extended Stay, had to go through Expedia to find a room elsewhere. We didn't get checked into another place until about 2 am or so.
