Not cleaned - sheets had stains obviously not changed or checked- cigarette ashes on window sill of a non smoking room- staff gave me clean sheets and a pot for stove

Didn’t like nothing about it people live in the hotel and they only clean room once every other week and have roaches

We are disappointed with using the place. With/Breakfast? Nothing Awful First we had a room it was Disability’s shower and bathroom. As soon as later we complained and moved the other room , the shower, we needed much longer time because of water pressure saver, it was awful.. This time was 2nd time of using the this place. We’ve never use there again, additionally we cannot recommend it anyone .

The rooms were filthy with hair in the tub and the toilet. The water did not work in our room and they refused to refund. There was also no heat or AC and they were unable to get us another room. Service was insanely rude.

Need Friendly Customer Service Well the front desk check in service was not friendly and one staff seemed bothered when I requested certain items.
