Place is like a smelly dirty college dormitory. Place was dirty. Doors did not close properly. Heavy overpowering smell of garlic all thru the building.

Disappointed with the Cleanliness Well when checking the front desk personnel were not friendly. My room didn’t seem like the carpet was not vacuumed. The toilet would run at times and not enough towels, soap no laundry bags and no disposable cups in the room. The garbage can in the outside entrance was overflowing trash on the ground.

Property needs upgrading. No amenities in rooms. Seniors don't know how to use kiosks to order room items. They should be in rooms upon check in. Limited dining options. Lack of transportation options other than Uber or Lyft. My father stayed here for one night and called it a dump. Front counter customer service was excellent though. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.
