El personal que nos atendió por la noche, específicamente una señorita, se negó a proporcionarnos una habitación en planta baja, a pesar de que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío. Además, tuvimos dificultades para comunicarnos ya que no hablaban español. Esto afectó nuestra experiencia durante el registro.

The room has bedbugs! I Noticed bites all over my body after I left. It was dirty, the sink didnt drain, when I turned on the heater it stunk like burning hair and set off the smoke alarm, and it felt very unsafe with groups of men standing around outside smoking all night. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel!

El personal de recepción es terrible no vuelvo a regresar mucho menos por que supuestamente tienen lonche un pan todo feo y una barra de cereal y un café todo desabrido

Extra security lock on door was loose, no bath mat inside tub-tub floor was peeling, towel rack was loose on right side-screw coming out of wall

Everything was good only the breakfast Is so poor, Is only coffee, tea, granola bars and muffins. Thats all. Dont offer yogurth or fruit.

This is a hotel that is next to an airport in a border town. The fact that they do not accept international passport as a form of ID as far from ridiculous. Not only they did not accept an international ID, but they made it very complicated to change the guest name in order for us to stay in the hotel. We had to spend the night in our vehicle after traveling because the manager was unavailable on a Sunday.
