Pool was dirty the place was literally falling apart
The lobby smelled awful and so did the room. Having 100 degrees outside and entering a smelly room with the AC off was not a good impression. It is a very old hotel. At least the bed sets and bath towels looked cleaned. I am not planning to come back again to this hotel. For $20 more I can find better options.
Carpet was FILTHY, no in-room coffee, no trash bin in room, dark room, toilet wasn't clean and was very stained with feces, just disgusting overall
Horrible customer sevice
The property told me i cant stay and said i was smoking in a previous stay. I dont smoke and never stayed there before either. Also i requested a refund and they told me i have to talk to a manager. The manager was unavaliable. Then i had expedia contact them for a refund and the hotel lied to them and said i was a no show. I was denied a room and denied a refund. They robbed me flat out
Se que es una habitacion economica pero No creo que por eso los huespedes deben recibir ese servicio. Olor muy fuerte a pies, alfombra demasiado sucia y un colchon poco comodo..

Rude/No breakfast Rude staff at night time, checked in about 11:45/12am. No breakfast only coffee and granola bar. Why mention there’s breakfast where’s there’s basically nothing.

the web site claimed to be pet friendly with pet consierge, we just encountered an unfriendly desk clerk. the free daily breakfast consisted of coffee and a couple of energy bars plus one muffin. what a selection. I cut my stay there short by one day. shame on you.
