Customer service was great. Disappointed I thought they had a pool they didn’t. Bed was comfortable pillows were awful. Found a bug in bathtub. Water bug but still didn’t make the room anymore appealing.

Unfortunately there was obvious water damage to bathroom ceiling. Leaking of the shower which was loud enough to cause to close thw door. Obvious damage to one wall and cable connection pulled out of wall. Parking is limited and difficult to get in and out of lot due to main road access.

Okay in a pinch Give it a 3 out of 5. There were bobby pins on the floor and in the bathroom. The soap from a previous guest was still in the shower and fully stuck, meaning it could have been there longer. Thr night staff was semi-okay but on the border of rude. The room was nice overall and clean except for what was already mentioned. For a queen bed only had two pillows instead of the traditional four at every other hotel been too.

Great and kids loved it too Picked thinks hotel for a last minute stay. It was at a good price and nice room. My kids like the room. This was their first time seeing a kitchenette in a hotel room so they were really excited about it. They said they liked this hotel more than the other hotel we stayed at that had a pool lol.

They did not have the room we booked available at check in. Blamed Expedia for over booking. They did move us to a new room the 2nd day. Both rooms smelled bad and both air conditioners made weird noises. No vending machines or snack/ beverage purchase options. Dog in next room barked every time we came and left from our room. Staff was friendly.

Do not stay here! Room was obviously not cleaned before I me. Toilet was broken, carpet was ripped by the entrence making it hard to open and close door. Bed smelled like someone else’s sweat. Carpet was very dirt.

An OK stay It was only OK. Tub faucet dripped all the time - was tin water. Shower was not very good - low pressure/volume. Only two pillows on the bed, not in very good condition.
