Desk staff is unflexible and irrational

No airport shuttle, but a short walk. Basic accommodations at a fair price. Nice tub, nice kitchenette for folks staying longer. Close to fast food and a half hour walk to the airport- no shuttle.

Needs a spot to have breakfast and needs more friendly staff

The only thing I would suggest is having an office sign that could be seen. I had trouble finding the office as other guest directed me to the lobby. The entrance is located on the side of the hotel. It was hard to find.
