Dissapointment. All I can said is that you get what you pay for. Wait, wait, however I was told that there were going to be queen beds and they were NOT. Carpet was really dirty
Short Stay in El Paso Stayed in Room 303. Clean, quite and very affordable. Staff was very responsive to my concerns. WI-Fi excellent, I did upgrade.
You get what you pay for. The a/c in my room didn't work. It was cooler in the hallway and outside than my room. My refrigerator didn't work. But the worst was when I went to get ice from the machine and a nasty smell attacked my nose. There was algae inside the bottom of the ice maker where the ice drops. You can plainly and easily see it. If you don't mind those things, like being hot even in a rain storm, then I guess it's okay for the night.

Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Could use better sound proofing. Could hear neighbors talking and people on the floor above sounded like they were stomping around. Nice kitchen area though.
so so Room was not the cleanest but overall comfortable. Weak wifi unless you upgrade to their premium paid version.
Disappointed this time around I had booked with this hotel a few times before. The 2nd time was a mess but it was straightened out regarding check-in. This time around, they had a sign posted that they now require a $100 deposit. I was totally surprised and had no choice but to pay the deposit which was to be refunded depending if the room was left in good condition within 3-5 business days. A few times in the middle of the night my kids and I were woken up to loud shouting, fights and someone banging on the door next to us.... read more
