Love the staff :) We have to travel to Fairbanks all the time. We have always had to take our dogs because it is a 210 mile trip to drive up for, doctors, grocery shopping, so far they are the only ones in that whole town that take pets! The staff are amazing, very helpful, always right there when you need them. I guess the only thing lacking is the coffee pot in the rooms, and a very sparce conten. breakfast. Eh was ok I was here for a dog show for two nights. The hotel is sandwiched behind an autozone and next to a show girls strip club. I don't thinkthe neighborhood was a great one but there is a grocery store within walking distance so you can stock up. The room itself was ok, I was happy I brought my own blanket because when I tirned down the bed, there was a long black hair between the sheets. Affordable hotel near the airport, but noisy. The difficulty of getting to the car plug-in near the handicap accessible parking was a big obstacle for me. I would have had to climb over pikes of snow and ice to plug the vehicle in and it was just impossible. Definitely a problem for me.

Convenient To The Airport I booked through Expedia and was surprised when the one night was booked fully paid two weeks in advance of my stay. I called to verify and requested a room change when I was assigned a "smoking" room. I liked the hotel overall. The room was practical, roomy, relaxing, perfect for two people to stay for a week or so. There was some noise from the fridge compressor and late guests, but I slept well in the end. Average convenient hotel Extended Stay Fairbanks is located close to the airport, Fred Meyer, and Wal-greens, and has super friendly staff. You have to ask for any extras for the room like pots and pans and dishes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. For the price, it's worth it. And you can bring your pets for a reasonable fee.

Great Place To Stay Went back to this hotel for our 1 year anniversary they were able to give us the same room we had the 1st time around which made it that much better. The pool was drained which was a bummer. The lobby was pretty dirty but I knew it was from construction workers that were working on a building next door and at this time of the year its hard to keep up with that kind of dirt.
