I wanted a clean comfortable quiet place to sleep plus space to reorganize my luggage before my flight home the next evening. I got that plus excellent customer service from the desk manager (Dorian) and the desk clerk (Matthew).

Fine for a night I stayed one night until I could transfer to the hotel across the street where I was meeting a travel group. The hotel is ok for night but would not want to stay longer. The breakfast was minimal, Fred Meyer's grocery store, across the street, has a great deli bar and they have breakfast items. The hotel is a bit shabby.

Skimpy on the towels...only one bath towel. Also, thought it would have some utensils in the room, but seems you have to make arrangements. Nothing but the standard room with a refrigerator. Also, the remote for the TV didn't work well if I wasn't so tired I would have called down to have another one brought up. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked inviting, but didn't partake. Overall the stay was fine!

Last minute stay seriously He was getting in at 2am an I made reservations at 9pm just before thx for saving the day an giving my husband a place to rest his head so far from home

Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was not good, not much to eat. Had a lot better at cheaper hotels. Thought the room was equipped with kitchen supplies, but wasn't.

Staff was more then wonderful, helpful and kind. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to help us with our reservations. The manager Dorian went up and beyond to help us with our reservations and comfort. Thank you to Dorian, Megan and Ivana for all of your help.

Quick, easy, no frills. Check in was quick, room was fine, and had no troubles during our stay.

Good time in Fairbanks Had a nice time high lights Running Raindeer Ranch and golf at Northstar golf club
